What you are paying for

A plan buys visibility. It never buys the blue check.

Every listing is verified the same way, whichever plan it is on. We match a named person to a current entry on their professional register, hold their indemnity insurance certificate, and ask for a DBS certificate where the work involves children or vulnerable adults. Nothing goes live until that is done.

If we cannot verify a practitioner, we cancel the listing and refund the membership in full. Paid placement is always labelled as a Partner listing, so nobody has to guess why a profile sits where it does.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does verification involve?

We check the practitioner's entry on their professional register and confirm it is current, hold a valid indemnity insurance certificate with its expiry date, ask for a DBS certificate where the work involves children or vulnerable adults, and take a signed declaration.

What happens if you can't verify me?

We cancel the listing and refund the membership in full. Nobody pays to stay unpublished.

How long until my profile is live?

Within three working days of your documents reaching us. Submitting your listing and paying comes first; the verification form follows in your confirmation email.

Do you take a commission on enquiries?

No. Membership is a flat monthly or annual fee. What you charge a client is between you and that client, and we take nothing from it.

Is there a contract?

No. Cancel any time. If you are not happy in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund you in full.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, and there is no setup fee. Annual is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free.

Your applicable billing and cancellation terms will be clearly shown when you subscribe.

What happens if I cancel?

Your paid plan benefits will end in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to your
subscription.
